I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone consultation, it is important we both feel we can work together, the session allows you to ask any questions you have and I can talk you through the way I work.

Health Insurance

I am a recognised provider for clients with private health insurance through Aviva and AXA.

If you plan to use your insurance, it is helpful to contact your provider before arranging sessions to confirm that counselling is covered under your policy and to obtain any authorisation details they require.

I charge a slightly higher rate of £85 for 50 minute sessions to cover additional administration
