You may have a clear idea of what you want to work towards or be feeling stuck and unsure of how to get to where you want to be. Coaching is a partnership with an aim to create positive change.


Through coaching we will:


  • explore what it is you really want

  • be curious about your reality and your ideas

  • gain insight into any thoughts or perceptions that may be holding you back 

  • make positive changes in your life or work towards a goal or milestone that you feel would really benefit you.

How does coaching differ from therapy?

In coaching our focus will be on the now and the future. I will use my wealth of experience as a therapist to create a trusting space to explore what is going on for you and where you want to be. As a dual trained practitioner, I can use my therapeutic experience to work alongside you in exploring any barriers or blind spots that are holding you back from your full potential. 


In counselling we tend to spend more time on understanding yourself from a present and past perspective and sessions are scheduled weekly and last 50 minutes.


Coaching sessions can vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours and are often scheduled fortnightly or monthly, this can be tailored to your needs.

I am currently offering a reduced rate of £75 per hour whilst I work towards my Senior Practitioner Accreditation in Coaching. I am a member of EMCC and abide by their Global Code of Ethics.
